This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile apps and games (“the app”) developed and published by Rexoma IT. It supplements the privacy policy of our website (German), which applies when you visit rexoma.de.

3. In short: we do not collect personal data

Our apps are built to work without your data:

No user account: You do not have to register or sign in.
No analytics and no tracking: We do not use analytics or tracking services and do not build usage profiles.
No advertising: Our apps show no ads and include no advertising networks.
No device identifiers: We do not read your device ID, advertising ID or similar identifiers.
No server-side storage: We do not store any data from the app on our servers.
No sharing: Because we do not collect personal data, we do not share or sell any to third parties.
No sensitive data: We do not collect health, biometric or financial data.

4. Data that stays on your device

Settings, game progress or input you create in the app are, where needed, stored only locally on your device. We have no access to them. You can delete this data at any time by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.

5. Permissions

Some features require a permission on your device, for example camera, microphone or photos. The app only asks for it when you use the respective feature. Processing takes place on your device; the data is not transmitted to us or to third parties. You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.

6. App stores

When you download an app through an app store (e.g. Google Play or the Apple App Store), the store operator processes its own data, such as account, payment and device information. We have no influence on this. Please refer to the privacy notices of the respective store operator.

7. Apps with different features

If an app includes a feature that exceptionally processes data (for example an optional connection to a server), we will inform you separately in the app and in its app store description before any data is processed.

8. Children

Our apps are not specifically directed at children. Because we do not collect personal data, no data is collected from children either.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Since we do not store any personal data about you through the app, we are generally unable to associate any data with you. If you have questions, you can reach us at any time at info@rexoma.de.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner.

10. Changes to this policy

We update this Privacy Policy when our apps or the legal requirements change. The current version is always available at this address; the date above shows the latest revision.
